God Confirms That Jesus Is His Son (Preschool Adaptation)

Do you see cars? Cars have stickers! Pretty stickers on the back! Some stickers have pictures. Some stickers have words. Some stickers say "I love Jesus!"

Jesus lived a long, long time ago. Some people didn't know who Jesus was. They said, "Is Jesus a teacher? Is Jesus someone else?" They didn't know!

One day, Jesus went up, up, up on a big mountain! He took three friends with him. Peter, James, and John went too! Up, up, up they went!

Then something amazing happened! Jesus started to shine! Shine, shine, shine like the bright sun! His clothes turned white like snow! So bright! So white!

Then Moses and Elijah came to talk with Jesus! And guess what? God talked too! God's voice came from heaven! God said, "This is my Son, Jesus! I love him so much! Listen to Jesus!"

Peter, James, and John heard God's voice! They knew Jesus was God's Son! God said it! That means it's true!

We know who Jesus is too! Jesus is God's Son! God told us! When God says something, it's always true! Always, always, always!

Dear God, thank you for Jesus! Thank you that Jesus is your Son! We love Jesus! Amen.
