God loves you SO much! Even when you make mistakes, God still loves you. Let's learn about God's love!

Jesus told a story about a daddy and his son. The son said, "Daddy, I want to go far away!" So the son left his home. He went far, far away.
The son spent all his money. He had no food. He was very hungry. He was very sad. He said, "I want to go home to my daddy!"
So the son walked home. Walk, walk, walk! His daddy saw him coming. The daddy was SO happy! The daddy ran to his son. Run, run, run! The daddy hugged his son tight!
The son said, "I'm sorry, Daddy." The daddy said, "I love you! Let's have a party!" They had cake and dancing and fun!
The daddy in the story is like God. God is our heavenly Daddy. When we say sorry, God hugs us tight. God loves you when you're good. God loves you when you make mistakes. God always loves you!
Let's say it together: "God loves me! God loves me! God loves me!"
Dear God, thank you for loving us so much. Help us remember you always love us. Amen.
