Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 (NIV)
Look at this map! (Hold up the map.) A long time ago, people used maps to find where to go. Now we have something called GPS! (Hold up the GPS.) The GPS talks to us! It says "Turn here! Turn there!" It helps us not get lost!

Jesus wants to help us not get lost too! Jesus loves us so much! Jesus said to his friends, "I am going to make a special place for you. I will come back and get you!"
His friend Thomas said, "Jesus, we don't know the way!" Thomas was confused. Thomas didn't understand.
Jesus said something very important. Jesus said, "I am the way! I am the way to God!" Jesus is our way! Jesus shows us how to go to God!
Another friend named Philip said, "Jesus, show us God!" Philip wanted to see God too!
Jesus said, "Philip, when you see me, you see God! I love God! God loves me! We are together!"
Jesus is our special GPS! Jesus shows us the way! We can't see Jesus with our eyes, but we have the Bible! The Bible tells us about Jesus! The Bible helps us follow Jesus!
When we read Bible stories, we learn about Jesus! When we pray, we talk to Jesus! When we are kind, we follow Jesus! Jesus is always with us! Jesus never leaves us!
Let's pray! Dear God, thank you for Jesus! Thank you that Jesus shows us the way to you! Help us follow Jesus every day! We love you! Amen!
