Activities + Resources
Do you like to show your toys? Do you like to tell about your favorite things? That's so fun! Today we're going to talk about showing and telling others about Jesus!
Who has a favorite toy? You can hold it up and show everyone! (Let children show their toys.) Good job showing your special things! When we show our toys, it makes us happy. When we tell about things we love, it makes us smile!
The Bible tells us about a man named John. John loved Jesus so much! One day, John saw Jesus walking. John got so excited! He said, "Look! Look! There's Jesus! Jesus is God's son!" John wanted everyone to see Jesus. John wanted everyone to know Jesus loves them!
We can show others about Jesus too! We can be kind like Jesus. We can share our toys like Jesus wants. We can give hugs like Jesus loves us. We can say "please" and "thank you" like Jesus teaches. When we are kind and loving, people see Jesus in us!
We can tell others about Jesus too! We can say "Jesus loves you!" We can say "Jesus is my friend!" We can sing songs about Jesus! We can tell our friends that Jesus cares for them!
Every day we can show Jesus' love! Every day we can tell about Jesus! Show and tell about Jesus!
Dear Jesus, help us show your love. Help us tell others about you. We love you, Jesus! Amen.
