Activities + Resources
Do you love your mommy and daddy? They love you SO much! Well, God loves you even MORE than that! God loves you SO, SO, SO much!
There's a special book called the Bible that tells us about God's love. It's a BIG book with lots of pages. But there's one special verse that tells us everything about God's love. It goes like this: "God loves everyone SO much that He gave us Jesus."
Let's talk about this special verse:
Who loves us? - GOD!
How much does God love us? - SO, SO, SO much!
Who does God love? - Everyone! You, me, mommy, daddy, grandma, grandpa - EVERYONE!
What did God give us? - Jesus! His very own Son!
Jesus is God's gift to us because He loves us so much. Just like when mommy gives you a hug because she loves you, God gave us Jesus because He loves us!
When we believe that Jesus is God's Son, we get to live with God forever and ever and ever! That's called eternal life - living with God always!
God's love is bigger than the biggest hug, sweeter than your favorite snack, and stronger than the strongest superhero! And guess what? God loves YOU!
Let's pray: Dear God, thank you for loving us SO much! Thank you for giving us Jesus. We love you too! Amen.
