I'm going to spray a tiny bit on each of you. Smell how nice it is! The good smell will fill our whole room. Remember this good smell while I tell you about Jesus!
Jesus had friends named Mary, Martha, and Lazarus. They lived in a house together. One day, Jesus came to visit them for dinner. Yay! Jesus was coming!
Mary loved Jesus so, so much. She wanted to give Jesus something special. She had a bottle of perfume - the very best perfume! It smelled beautiful!
Mary took her special perfume and poured it on Jesus' feet. She used her hair to dry his feet. The whole house smelled so good! Just like our room smells good now!
One man named Judas was not happy. He said "That's too much perfume! That costs too much money!" But Jesus said "No, Mary did something very good. She gave me her very best gift because she loves me."
Mary gave Jesus her very best thing. The perfume was special and expensive, but she wanted to give it to Jesus because she loved him so much.
Jesus loves us so, so much too! He gave us the best gift ever - his love! We can give Jesus our best too. We can love him, obey mommy and daddy, and be kind to our friends.
Let's pray: Dear Jesus, thank you for loving us. Help us give you our best. We love you! Amen.
