What do you want to be when you grow up? A teacher? A doctor? A helper? There are lots of jobs! Some people help others. Some people teach. Some people fix things.

Preschool object lessons are designed for 2-4 year olds. They provide a simplified version with shorter sentences, more repetition, basic vocabulary, and extra fun examples to engage littles.Jesus could have been lots of things too! Jesus could have been a carpenter like his daddy Joseph. Carpenter means building things with wood! Jesus could have been a doctor. He made sick people feel better! Jesus could have been a fisherman. He helped fishermen catch lots and lots of fish!
But Jesus was born to be something very special. Look at this! (Hold up crown.) Who wears a crown? A king! That's right! Jesus was born to be a King!
One day, a man asked Jesus, "Are you a king?" Jesus said, "Yes! I am a King! That's why I was born!" But Jesus is not like kings we see in books. Jesus is the King of Heaven! He loves us so much!
Jesus is our King! He takes care of us. He loves us. Jesus is the best King ever!
