Do you like parades? Parades are fun! We wave and cheer at parades!

Let's pretend we're watching a parade right now! Wave your hands! Say "Hooray!" Good job!

A long, long time ago, Jesus came to a big city called Jerusalem. The people were so happy to see Jesus! They wanted to have a parade for Jesus!

Jesus rode on a little donkey. Clip clop, clip clop went the donkey's feet. The people waved tree branches called palm branches. They shouted "Hooray for Jesus!" Let's wave our hands like they did! Wave, wave, wave!

The people loved Jesus so much. They were so happy He came to see them. Jesus smiled at all the people. He loved them too.

Let's pretend we're in the parade for Jesus! Wave your hands high! Say "Hooray for Jesus!" Stomp your feet like the donkey! Clip clop, clip clop!

Jesus loves you so much. Just like the people in the parade, we can say "Hooray for Jesus!" anytime we want.

Dear Jesus, we love you! Hooray for Jesus! Thank you for loving us. Amen.
