Look at this special card! This is a library card. Do you know what a library is? A library has lots and lots of books!
Everyone can get a library card. Big kids can get one. Little kids can get one. Mommies and daddies can get one too! Everyone is welcome at the library!
When you have a library card, you can take books home. You can look at picture books. You can listen to story time. Libraries are fun places!
Do you know how much a library card costs? It's free! That means you don't need any money. It's a gift!
Jesus loves you just like the library welcomes everyone. Jesus loves big kids and little kids. Jesus loves boys and girls. Jesus loves everyone!
When we love Jesus, we become part of God's family. That's the best family ever! In God's family, we are all brothers and sisters. We love each other!
God gives us so many good things when we're in His family. He takes care of us. He loves us every day. He gives us hugs through our mommies and daddies!
Do you know how much it costs to be in God's family? It's free! God's love is a gift! Isn't that wonderful?
Let's pray: Dear God, thank you for loving us. Thank you that we can be in your family. Thank you for Jesus. We love you! Amen.
