Who likes to go on trips? I do! One time I got lost. I didn't know where to go. I needed help!
When we get lost, we need a map. A map shows us where to go. We also need a compass. See this compass? The arrow always points the same way. It helps us know which way to go.
God gives us a map too! Our map is the Bible. The Bible shows us how to be good. The Bible tells us about Jesus. Jesus loves us so much!
Sometimes the Bible is hard to understand. That's okay! God sends the Holy Spirit to help us. The Holy Spirit is like our special helper. The Holy Spirit helps us understand God's words.
When I was lost, I looked up and saw the sun! The sun helped me find my way home. We can follow God's Son too! God's Son is Jesus. When we don't know what to do, we can follow Jesus!
Jesus always shows us the right way. Jesus loves us. Jesus takes care of us. We can always follow Jesus!
Let's pray: God, thank you for the Bible. Thank you for the Holy Spirit who helps us. Thank you for Jesus who loves us. Amen.
