Activities + Resources
Do you like fish? Fish swim in the water! Splash, splash!
Jesus had friends named Peter and Andrew. They caught fish with big nets. Jesus said, "Come follow me! I will teach you something new!"
Jesus wants us to tell our friends about Him. We can tell mommy and daddy about Jesus. We can tell our friends at school about Jesus. This is called being a "fisher of people!"
How do we tell people about Jesus? First, we learn about Jesus. Jesus loves us SO much! He takes care of us every day.
Next, we talk to our friends. We can say, "Jesus loves you!" We can say, "Jesus is my friend!"
Sometimes our friends don't want to listen right away. That's okay! We wait and try again later. We are patient, just like when we wait for our turn on the slide!
When we tell people about Jesus, it makes Jesus very happy! It makes us happy too! Telling others about Jesus is the best thing we can do!
Let's pray: Dear Jesus, help us tell our friends about You. Help us remember that You love everyone. Thank You for loving us. Amen.
