Jesus said to them: "Watch out that no one deceives you. Many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am he,' and will deceive many. Mark 13:5-6 (NIV)
Do you watch TV? TV has commercials that try to sell us things. Sometimes the people in commercials don't tell the truth. They might say their toy is the best toy ever, but it might break right away!

Preschool object lessons are designed for 2-4 year olds. They provide a simplified version with shorter sentences, more repetition, basic vocabulary, and extra fun examples to engage littles.Jesus wants us to know about people who don't tell the truth about God. Some people might say things about God that aren't true. Jesus said, "Be careful! Some people will try to trick you."
Jesus told his friends, "You might hear scary stories about bad things happening. Don't be scared! God is still taking care of you."
How do we know if someone is telling the truth about God? We can ask our mommies and daddies. We can listen to Bible stories. We can pray to God and ask Him to help us know what's true.
The Bible tells us true stories about Jesus. Jesus loves us so much! When we read Bible stories, we learn what's really true about God.
Let's pray: Dear God, help us learn true things about You. Help us listen to people who tell us the truth about Jesus. Thank You for loving us. Amen.
