The apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith!" He replied, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it will obey you. Luke 17:5-6 (NIV)
What is faith? Faith means we believe God loves us, even when we can't see Him!

A little girl got lost in the woods. She was scared! But she prayed to God. She said her ABCs to God because she didn't know what words to say. "A B C D E F G." God heard her prayer!
A nice farmer found the little girl. "Don't be afraid," he said. "I'll take you home."
The little girl smiled. "I knew you would come! I was praying and waiting."
The little girl had faith. She believed God would help her, even though she couldn't see God.
How much faith do we need? Jesus said even tiny faith works! He said faith as small as a teeny tiny seed can do big things!
Let's hold up our fingers. See how small your pinky finger is? A mustard seed is even tinier than that! But Jesus said that tiny faith can move big trees!
God is so powerful! When we have faith in God, He can do anything!
Let's pray: God, thank you for loving us. Help us have faith in you. We love you, God! Amen.
